Jeff Ball, CEO & President

Jeff Ball is the CEO and President of Eagle LNG Partners LLC where he leads the Company’s focus on strategic vision and operational success. Jeff has been involved with the Company since its inception in 2013, and he has played a pivotal role in driving the Company’s growth and positioning it as a leader in sustainable energy solutions. Jeff ensures that every aspect of the business, from initial project development to daily operations, aligns with Eagle LNG’s long-term goals and commitment to customer objectives, financial stewardship, innovation, and environmental responsibility. Jeff is also a Managing Director at The Energy & Minerals Group since 2007 and prior to that was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.  Jeff currently serves on the Company’s Board and is also on the Boards of: Ascent Resources LLC, Ferus Inc., Cryopeak Energy Solutions Corporation, Nunavut Iron Ore, Inc. and is a Board observer for MarkWest Utica EMG, LLC.


Adam Brock, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Adam Brock is the COO of Eagle LNG Partners where he provides overall strategic management and operational leadership to ensure seamless coordination across all departments. By aligning operational strategies with specific project goals, Adam oversees the efficient allocation of resources and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, driving Eagle LNG’s commitment to excellence and reliability. Prior to his role at Eagle LNG Partners, Adam spent the last decade in a variety of senior executive roles in upstream oil and gas and the renewable fuels energy sector preceded by government service as a Naval Special Warfare (SEAL) Officer.


Scott Rogan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Scott Rogan is the CFO of Eagle LNG Partners where he is responsible for all the Company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations.  His career spans more than 30 years in the energy sector in various capacities including investment banking, private equity, and industry.  Prior to joining Eagle LNG Partners LLC, Scott served as an independent consultant advising companies pursuing energy transition projects.  Scott served as SVP Finance and Controller at Targa Resources Inc from August 2020 to August 2022 and prior to that served as Partner and head of midstream investing for Energy Capital Partners from February 2014 to March 2020. Scott spent the first 17 years of his career in the natural resource’s investment banking division of Lehman Brothers (1994-2008) and Barclays Capital (2008-2013) where he worked on over $50 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions.


Filipe Pinto, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Filipe Pinto is the CCO of Eagle LNG Partners where he leads the company’s government and commercial engagements while also overseeing the complex permitting processes involved. With a focus on building strong relationships and navigating regulatory frameworks, Filipe ensures seamless collaboration and compliance to support Eagle LNG’s strategic initiatives and growth. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Filipe has built a successful career across multiple industries, including power generation, offshore exploration and production, natural gas pipeline transmission and distribution, and the LNG sector. Prior to joining Eagle LNG, Filipe played a key role at New Fortress Energy, contributing to its growth and success. Filipe has an extensive expertise and proven track record in developing and managing complex energy projects.


Tim Robertson, Vice President – Operations & Projects

Tim Robertson is the Vice President of Operations and Projects at Eagle LNG Partners where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational excellence across all aspects of the full value chain. In addition, Tim leads the evaluation of proposed solutions to ensure they align with the project’s commercial and operational goals. With a strategic focus and commitment to overall efficiency, he ensures Eagle LNG’s projects meet the highest standards of performance and success. Tim has 15+ years of experience in the energy sector and prior to his role at Eagle, Tim has an extensive background in Utility Power Generation: Landfill Methane Capture Process, Manure Digesters, Coal, Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric, Dam/Water Management, simple cycle gas turbines, combined cycle gas turbines, and construction of $750M Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant. Additionally, Tim was a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate onboard the Ronald Reagan Aircraft Carrier.


Simon Duncan, Vice President – Marine Operations

Simon Duncan is the Vice President of Marine Operations at Eagle LNG Partners where he leads the company’s marine strategies while, in addition, contributing as a critical member of the team with the oversight of government and commercial relationships as well as the permitting process. With his expertise in maritime operations and regulatory compliance, Simon ensures seamless collaboration and alignment with Eagle LNG’s strategic goals, driving success across marine initiatives. Simon has spent the past 15 years in a variety of senior leadership roles within both the energy and shipping sector. He brings 37 years of experience to Eagle LNG encompassing LNG bunkering, terminal, and ship management.


Megan McCurdy, Director – Marine Sales

Megan McCurdy is the Director of Marine Sales for Eagle LNG where she is focused on building and managing Eagle’s marine bunkering customer relationships. Megan is also responsible for developing Eagle LNG’s commercial marine projects. Bringing nearly a decade of experience in marine fuels, she was most recently the North America Trading Manager at Peninsula Petroleum. During her time at Peninsula, Megan was responsible for initiating and stewarding relationships with Peninsula’s North American customer base in connection with their global bunker requirements across all fuel types. Prior to Peninsula, Megan was Manager of the Marine Research & Consulting group at New York-based shipbroker Poten & Partners. At Poten, Megan was responsible for executing advisory projects and feasibility studies for various major and national oil companies, shipowners, and investors.
